This Sunday is Commitment Sunday. Members should have received information on the three-year Rebuilding Grace building commitment, as well as the 2012 stewardship commitment. The information and forms are available here. We’re asking everyone to prayerfully consider how they can support the ministries of the church and Rebuilding Grace, and to bring your pledges to worship this Sunday, November 20.

There will be a Commitment Sunday Brunch from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. that everyone is invited to attend.

Our pledges, gifts and prayers will be received as joyful and thankful expressions of gratitude to God for the blessings we have received. If you are unable to be at worship, we ask that you mail or bring your pledges to the church prior to November 20.

Steward Visits

The Rebuilding Grace steward visitors are in the process of meeting with the members of the congregation. They will be presenting everyone with information about the appeal, a survey, and answering any questions you might have.

The Rebuilding Grace creative team has created this blog to help keep everyone up-to-date on the Rebuilding Grace appeal.

On Sept. 11, the congregation voted overwhelmingly to go ahead with a building fund appeal. Our core team has been meeting since mid-September and our Leadership Team was commissioned in worship on Sept. 25.

You may have heard the faith talks in worship last Sunday, October 9, and you will be hearing more from us throughout the fall. Our goals are about much more than improving the building, though. We aim to connect with everyone in the congregation and receive your feedback and ideas for the ministry at Grace. We’ll be asking you to prayerfully consider how you can help enable us to strengthen our ministry at Grace.
